RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS  Product returned within 60 days of the invoice ship date may qualify for free return shipping  If the product qualifies for free return shipping, a UPS Return Shipping label will be emailed to the email address listed on the RMA request form  If a return shipping label is issued, the customer has up to 30 days to use the label to return the product(s)  UPS return labels expire 30 days, after they are issued.  Titan will not accept any packages without an open, valid RMA number appearing on at least 2 surfaces on the box/packaging and reference to the RMA number on the shipper or air waybill.  If Titan authorized an advance replacement however we did not receive the RMA requested items from the customer within 30 days of the RMA assignment date, the customer will be charged for the products that did not get returned to Titan and the RMA will be closed. Products must be in New Resaleable Condition for Full - Refund, and Titan LED reserves the right to determine the refundability of products returned, if beyond the 60 days, a restocking charge of 25% may be assessed.
